In response to this, economist and Senior editor for the Wall Street Journal not only agreed that Congressman Paul's plan was feasible, but it would also be the greatest job creator for a nation in the history of the world." Quoting: Torchbearer [link to www.examiner.com] It wouldn't make any difference if companies paid zero income taxes. GE for instance made 3.5 billion in 2010 and paid none. Zero taxes can't come close to beating $2.00 per day labor in China. The only people that are paying taxes are the dwindling middle class, and when they pay none, the government will completely implode. Of course, this is what Ron Paul wants. He wants to turn the U.S. Government into road kill so that the plutocrats can buy up all the assets up for pennies on a dollar. Then after the government is out of the way, everyone will have a job working for plutocrat owned companies for $2.00 per hour, no benefits, no worker protection, and no medical insurance. Yeah, right... things will really be booming. |

It's not china, it's taxes, red tape, and regulations. Regulations are needed of course, but only intelligent ones, not ones that you must pay so much to the government. There needs to be regulations for workers' rights and environmental issues of course |

Plus you use GE as an example....they are a huge corp...they get corp welfare.....the majority of small business in this country does not pay 0 taxes like GE. Plus small business employs 80% of the working class....so again using GE as an example is flawed. In other words, all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services [that] taxpayers expect from their government." NOT ONE CENT GOES TO INFRASTRUCTURE OR SERVICES! 1984, Federal Debt was 1.5 trillion. Today its almost 15 trillion, ten times the amount, so we're paying even more interest now than ever. Depending on who you are, you lose 20-50% of your paycheck if you earn any substantial amount of income. If you remove the illegitimate income tax, all that money STAYS in your paycheck! This would create an unprecedented boom as people had more money to spend, save, or invest into their communities or homes. The current system fattens the usurers while raping the worker. A zero percent income tax fattens the worker and the economy, and leaves the usurer pigs to wither and die. Zero percent income taxes would create the largest economic boom in human history, and it would be focused on the United States. |
