if you have it in your hands its OK .... and after ww3 ... your pound of gold for my non radioactive can of fart producing mexican "diablo brand' of black beans !   Hate to burst your bubble but people with gold will be better prepared than you (I.e. Better food than your fart beans) . So you can keep your Diablo brand and enjoy the gas with your family
