Why do Freemasons always debunk conspiracy theories about them yet they NEVER back up their own arguments with any credible evidence?

I know someone whose family was heavily involved in freemasonry. This guy is now head of a construction firm and built a hospital.

According to you, the individual was disfunctional prior to being a freemason and then became functional at some point thereafter. Body snatchers perhaps? Demonic possession perhaps? But a simpler explanation might be the individual had potential to do better, applied himself, and that potential became unlocked. Beautiful!

The problem is that we do have things we try to keep secret. Not for secrecy itself, but because when you go through the degrees, you should do so un-affected by prejudice. We simply want people to discover the truth on their own
