You're right about dehydration.

But that's half the problem. You have to get rid of what's causing all these ailments and dehydration in the first place.

Completely get rid of your household chemical footprint.

Be aware of the products you use that have harmful chemical off-gases:
household cleaners, laundry detergents, candles, chemical scented soaps, shampoos, etc, anything that has harmful chemicals and switch to non-chemical solutions.

There are some interesting points on the website OP but water-yes, saltwater-no.

Just drink the water!

You use Iodized salt in everything all day long. Try to substitute regular salt for SEASALT- It has most of the minerals you need.

Simply take a pinch of SEA SALT leave it in your mouth for a few minutes then drink a full glass of water over the next 10 minutes or so. don't be afraid to drink water more often.


The website says not to go on a prolonged sea salt and water kick . Read and learn.

OP, this is great information.

I've been using Celtic sea salt and drinking tons of water for years. If you use the right Sea Salt you will NOT get heartburn when you eat food. It has a really high Ph that balances the acid food we eat!

Actually, Real Salt from Redmond, Utah has all the trace minerals and is pink/red. You can get it from Whole Foods or your local health food store.

We eat this and have since 1996 or so. We also use the Ag salt for our livestock and deer, outdoor critters to eat. They love it.

Drink the best water you can get.
I use distilled water and add fulvic minerals to it.

Let me tell you this. I had severe anxiety and depression the last 2 days. All my natural cures didn't work.

This morning I went for a walk. Prayed to God to guide me this time as I have no clue what to do.

The walk improved my mood but my stomach, nausea, anxiety didn't go.
