I didn't say keep it from moving, turn up the bass on your stereo, set a mouse trap on top of a speaker and turn it up, what do you suppose is going to happen? A fault line is under the same kind of stress, if you disrupt it it will slip causing an earthquake, did you fail science class by any chance, because I aced every science class I took!

HAARP is real and it can be used to manipulate weather by heating large volumes of air. However, the large hail shown in your picture does not present any evidence of any connection to HAARP. Hail like this is caused by violent thunderstorms with high velocity updrafts and downdrafts. Sometimes these up and down drafts are moving up or down at speeds well above 100 mph. Hail is formed at high altitude when water droplets are supercooled, then the water freezes instantly when disturbed (like hitting another drop of liquid or frozen water). As the ice then gets large enough through repeating the above process it gains enough mass to overcome the updraft or it is propelled out of the updraft and it falls. To become huge and weird shaped the falling hail hits another updraft strong enough to take it back up. After several rounds of this process you get huge hail with irregular shapes as each cycle puts on another layer of ice.

Haarp ionizes the atmosphere, actually. The hail is caused by the supercooling of the air due to loss of energy when lightning occurs. If the storm was created by haarp, then so too was the hail as a byproduct of the storm.

True. But that would be like saying an auto manufacturer causes car accidents. Don't get me wrong. I know without any doubt that back in 1992 the Government obtained their first HAARP station in Alaska and proved right then and there the capability to "heat" up large volumes of air and thus control weather. So, indirectly HAARP could cause hail, but also rain, clouds, lightning, snow, tornadoes, and hurricanes. It can also dissipate storms, prevent convective currents, and cause droughts.
