I avoid so much crap because of advertisements, I can't stand TV and when in the car I click off the radio when commercials come on...all the crap stuffed in the mailbox goes right in the trash, I don't look at billboards, and I pile up the groceries in the cart to block out the ads...If there is an ad on a website I re-size the window to block it out...
