Generally if the president can no longer be president, the VP steps up, but if the ticket was fraudulent in the first place, does that mean the president is out or the whole ticket? If anyone has a link, I'd love to see it, I'm not a constitutional lawyer, I honestly don't know...

Released in 2009. Here's the problem -- the Republic of Kenya didn't exist when this was issued. Yet there it is on the "birth certificate."

According to the Law yes the whole ticket would be Fraud. This won't happen would be to damaging to everyone. If this were actually held to a Law standard all troops abroad under Obama's Pen would be in countries illegally. On paper all he has done would be illegal. Simply put a President was never chosen, a President was never sworn in, and a President has not signed into law anything since Jan 20 2008.

The birth certificate is dated 17 February 1964 and carries a stamp of the "Office of the Principal Registrar, Coast Province, Republic of Kenya. The country did not become a republic and was not referred to as the Republic of Kenya until eight months later, in December of 1964. That's a very obvious fail.
