First of all, where's the proof OP? I have not seen one article anywhere. It seems to be another attention grabbing thread headline. In the future, unverifiable and/or misleading threads such as this should be deleted and the OP should be put on notice... AND, after two or more such threads, should be banned from the forum... IMHO

Second, after reading almost every reply in this thread, it is utterly amazing how naive and uninformed most of the posters are here. Secretary Kissinger was instrumental in negotiating the withdrawal and end of the Vietnam war, of which most of the people here most likely only read about in school. I lived it. Thank God for Henry Kissinger.
