Yes, you are correct. I know I shouldn't poke fun like that, but sometimes the "fun" is just too much for me to resist.

It's also worth adding to your post the fact that when you're witnessing something amazing, you tend not to want to look at it through a view-finder or digital screen, you want to witness it in it's full realistic glory. This is why in so many scary/disaster videos the person does a shit job of keeping it steady, keeping it centred and keeping it focussed. They're not looking at what they're capturing on video, they're too busy looking at it with their naked eye.

yea that picture isnt the best...its really hard to keep my camera phone steady when something is moving fast...you can for sure see how the outline would be a triangle tho since the flares all are in that pattern. You can also see the faint red light, it was turning some at an angle so you can see the tilt as well.

Lmao! Love these sightings...I crack up when some people mention "that technology was out of this world". Umm yeahh dudee, "aliens don't forget to turn on their safety lights when cruising around our atmosphere.."

he said it was definitely a good "case" in his eyes. He actually sent me that website to file it with as well. I haven't as at the time I did not really want to put much information out about myself as I see ufo type objects around my house frequently, but most of the time I can't zoom in or my hands are too shaky to get a good picture (I think some of them can put off vibrations that inhibit the ability to think straight to get a picture)....go ahead and laugh your ass off at that (not talking to you but other haters on the thread) but when you experience it, and feel how real it is, you might change your mind.

Many people on here that come on and hate about these sitings etc have never experienced one...most people nowadays, even if they don't admit it, believe that there is probably life outside planet earth. I am not sure why its so hard to believe that they might look similar to us, and have incredible technology...just saying...its our egos that tell us we're the smartest and most technologically advanced civilization, and I think we are about to be taught a few things...

It did, thanks! Looking at the leading edge of the lights I would say we saw something similar. The triangles I saw were equilateral and your photo better represents that.

That's ok, I understand where you are coming from. I was only trying to get locals to go outside and look up at the time to try and verify. I've been visiting GLP for 7-8 years. Long enough to know there are plenty of Carolinians here.

The most interesting thing is that in just sharing that info here it's come to light that there have been multiple other recent sightings in areas that are within 70 miles of each other.

I've seen this before, around 2007-08. Flew S to N over 147 at the Fulton/Hillandale exit. I was laying in a field with my girlfriend next to the highway. It was a brownish huge triangle flying low and slow. It returned N to S ten or so minutes later. Completely silent. It was shaped like a huge hang glider.

My husband saw one in the early 90's while camping in the Adirondacks.

Also when you see them, you´re often in a kind of telepathic communication with them. You are often astaunded by that, so that you won´t even think about making pics. And when thee are pics, you can believe that they wanted it to be seen. They can turn off your cellphones and cameras if they like.

I saw them 4 years ago, they were directly above my window (pitched roof) and though I had indeed a camera near my bed, for such reasons, I didn´t think of making a video.
It was lasting like those 5 seconds already mentioned.

Thats what it will be, who it belongs to....Who knows.
