If it is the drumming should be heard before hand by those deemed not with all their brain...because they are on death beds....constantly saying will you turn off that light in the room where no light is on..... yet they say it is there on the bedside table in their eyes while the drumming is keeping them awake.................so you go and prepare their funeral service.....and sit and listen to the drums and hear the voices of the many speaking through the intercom from their room through out the halls and other rooms.....and every time you go to see there is no one in the room but them no TV no radio just them laying in their hospital bed......even the cat goes to sit under their bed and stay with them.

For the funeral due in about 5-6 days.

My favorite .......gets me up and ready to go every time..

For people mocking us, these big EQs are coming far too frequently the past 5 yrs or so. Several of them have been devastating as you all know. You are getting used to these big ones, but you should remember it's not normal, and all over the place too.

I think Iran is next for a big one (6.5+).

Earthquake with magnitude 6.3 rattles Mexico - USGS
 Quoting: NOFAKE

Tezcatlipoca, ( Nahuatl: “Smoking Mirror”) god of the Great Bear constellation and of the night sky, one of the major deities of the Aztec pantheon. Tezcatlipoca’s cult was brought to central Mexico by the Toltecs, Nahua-speaking warriors from the north, about the end of the 10th century ad.

[link to www.britannica.com]

Tezcatlipoca’s nagual, or animal disguise, was the jaguar, the spotted skin of which was compared to the starry sky. A creator god, Tezcatlipoca ruled over Ocelotonatiuh (“Jaguar-Sun”), the first of the four worlds that were created and destroyed before the present universe.

Tezcatlipoca mask, a human skull lined with leather and inlaid with turquoise and other materials, Tezcatlipoca was generally represented with a stripe of black paint across his face and an obsidian mirror in place of one of his feet. The post-Classic (after ad 900) Maya-Quiché people of Guatemala revered him as a lightning god under the name Hurakan (“One Foot”). Other representations show Tezcatlipoca with his mirror on his chest. In it he saw everything; invisible and omnipresent, he knew all the deeds and thoughts of humans.

By Aztec times (14th–16th century ad), Tezcatlipoca’s manifold attributes and functions had brought him to the summit of the divine hierarchy, where he ruled together with Huitzilopochtli, Tlaloc, and Quetzalcóatl. Called Yoalli Ehécatl (“Night Wind”), Yaotl (“Warrior”), and Telpochtli (“Young Man”), he was said to appear at crossroads at night to challenge warriors. He presided over the telpochcalli (“young men’s houses”), district schools in which the sons of the common people received an elementary education and military training. He was the protector of slaves and severely punished masters who ill-treated “Tezcatlipoca’s beloved children.” He rewarded virtue by bestowing riches and fame, and he chastised wrongdoers by sending them sickness (e.g., leprosy) or by reducing them to poverty and slavery.

Four beautiful girls dressed as goddesses were chosen as his companions. On the appointed feast day, he climbed the steps of a small temple while breaking flutes that he had played. At the top he was sacrificed by the removal of his heart.

Outside of the Aztec capital, Tenochtitlán, Tezcatlipoca was especially revered at Texcoco and in the Mixteca-Puebla region between Oaxaca and Tlaxcala.

"You are getting used to these big ones, but you should remember it's not normal, and all over the place too."

*Sigh* - every year, on average, 134 earthquakes of magnitude 6.0 - 6.9 occur.
For the mathematically challenged, that is 134/12months or a little over 11 per month, or one EVERY THREE DAYS.

Please explain what makes this earthquake so different.
You can't.

They are definitely up,way up. I'm not saying we're facing the end of the world but 4 mag and up are alot more frequent

Some people have to play devil's advocate even when the FACTS are laid right out in front of them. They can bugger off. Meanwhile, EQ deaths are also wayyy up which shows that not only the magnitude but the level of destruction is way up, even with population rises accounted for.

Magnitude 5 - 7 totalled 472 more in 2011 than 2010. That is significant
