Found some great information via tpb.org
Search for "POtHS survival series".
Haven't watched it myself, but its a collection of info on things from woodsmen skills to guns and self defence to growing food etc.
Looks pretty awesome for something to have filed away ready to access should the need arise! I'm grabbing it for sure.
All 30 "episodes".
