Its just how it works in countries like that. Africa by far is the worst. Every country ive been to in africa it would be hard to drive down the road. Its a free for all, people beeping their horns, driving down the wrong lane, people in the road on bikes, walking, running, donkey pulling carts, scooters flying around. this is more than likely, business as usual where ever this was taken. Of course Im taking an educated guess at this. Their panic mode could very well be the same as everyday life. |
