Let me break it down to you. The angel of shadows/angel of light is a angel so the angel is a she. God the Father is a male, and is pure light, or the Sun/Son. nothingness is the Devil. Ego, or perception is the Devil. It only lasts for a moment and is then released. But God the Father and the ANgel of light/angel of shadows are both omnipresent.
