I'm a bankruptcy attorney and I can tell you it happens all the time. There are plenty of houses out there that the banks either don't want to foreclose on or just plain haven't gotten the chance to get to yet. Also, the OP could have gotten them into litigation which pretty much brings that shit to a halt. I have a client who hasn't paid a penny on his mortgage in 5 (that's right, FIVE) years and he's still in his home with no danger of foreclosure on the horizon. And I always see people who haven't even filed returns in 10 years or more, and the IRS is nowhere to be found. This guy seems legit, and he could get away with this for years to come.

Malaysia though, I don't know about that. If I felt the need to leave the country before the SHTF, I would choose Russia or Eastern Europe former Soviet countries.

They have unlimited funds interest free from the Federal Reserve. Plus, the Banks don't even own this shit, they are merely servicers and they make more money on a mortgage when it's in default. Once they ultimately foreclose, they get all their late fees, foreclosure fees and attorney fees off the top and the investors in the trust are left with e scraps. the investors are generally just run of the mill rich folks who wanted high yield investments, so they got into mortgage backed securities. Folks like Goldman Sachs didn't invest in that, they sold it, and then invested in insurance policies against those securities, called Credit default Swaps that pay off when the MBS fails.

my uncle stayed in his house for 4 years without paying a dime.he would go to court and tell them he could'nt pay....the lender after 3 years offered to settle for only 25k on a 150k house...he owed 90+k.he said no stayed another year then died in the home.....so they got nothing.so yeah it can happen....

Meaning if you bought a 100k dollar semi for a trucking company that you want to start you can buy it and get the money back from the government on your taxes. Read up on it. They don't want you to know about it. They are getting ready to buy up everything from around you and using your income taxes to do it. Use the system before the system enslaves you even further.

Look up full depreciation and bonus depreciation. Start up a company and make sure any expense you have can somehow be explained away as a business expense. Keep all restaurant receipts your accountant will know what to do with it.

Will the IRS find out someday? Maybe.
