Seriously tho. there should be a dentist who can see you as a walk-in. Check around, if it hurts as bad as you boast i would be on the phone with all of them i could find.

If not swish some whisky around in your mouth for a minute or 2.

this, if it starts swelling seak medical help ASAP, it can develop into something life threatening, not trying to scare you but it's true. Pain alone is one thing, but septic shock is another. Beware massive swelling!

Aleve! seriously, take 2, it is an anti inflammatory, i have effed up teeth in the USA so theirs no chance of getting them fixed as I'm white and don't do welfare, if I was a minority theirs a ton of programs but whiteys rich I guess!
Aleve is Naproxin and it will help.

I haven't tried it but I've heard that vanilla extract dabbed on the area helps.

they hurt cause of bacteria and other crud, get a hard brush and brush the shit out of them and floss or get a dental pick, may hurt at first. And rinse with castor oil, brush twice a day or after every meal and learn proper brushing.

That will work for a while too...but then you have to pay, alcohol builds a pain debt...the longer you go drunk the more pain you have to endure when you sober up...

If you have an abscessed tooth (probably is if it is throbing and pain is uncontrolled with over the counter pain meds), and you can't find a dentist to work you in, then go to the ER or a doc in the box.. They can start you on antibiotics for the infection and give you narcs for the pain. A dentist will most likely not do any work(a good one)untill the infection is gone, so you may as well get started on the antibiotics now and save yourself a couple of days of pain. The antibiotics will start working in a couple of days and the tooth will calm down. Why does it always happen on the weekend or a holiday?

Get liquid ambesol (drug store) and apply generously with a q-tip.

It will completely numb the tooth for a few hours. But you can develope an immunity to it after a few months of regular use.
