Bright star causes pilot to make deep dive

A sleepy pilot who mistook the planet Venus for an oncoming plane sent his Air Canada jet into a steep dive that bounced passengers off the ceiling, injuring 16, and nearly caused a collision with a real plane flying 1,000 feet lower.

I have never heard of this not once until now in 2012....

It used to be (back in my day) that Venus was fairly dim EXCEPT for certain times of the year. NOW it is bright all the time and seems to be increasing in brightness. By summer, we are gonna need sunglasses at night at the rate we're going.

just like the star thats in the sky now, northern jersey... and please dont tell me its jupiter venus.. the star/planet is getting bigger... dont say hey google sky it ive been looking up for years never saw it until 1 year ago.. they feed us lies and tell us april is meteor shower month???? never heard that in my lifetime.. its all biblical... Over the next minute or so, the captain adjusted the map scale on the ND in order to view the TCAS target 5 and occasionally looked out the forward windscreen to acquire the aircraft visually. The FO initially mistook the planet Venus for an aircraft but the captain advised again that the target was at the 12 o'clock position and 1000 feet below. The captain of ACA878 and the oncoming aircraft crew flashed their landing lights. The FO continued to scan visually for the aircraft. When the FO saw the oncoming aircraft, the FO interpreted its position as being above and descending towards them. The FO reacted to the perceived imminent collision by pushing forward on the control column. The captain, who was monitoring TCAS target on the ND, observed the control column moving forward and the altimeter beginning to show a decrease in altitude. The captain immediately disconnected the autopilot and pulled back on the control column to regain altitude. It was at this time the oncoming aircraft passed beneath ACA878. The TCAS did not produce a traffic or resolution advisory.

Venial sins result in people being subjected to demonic mind tricks....like "Oh, there is plane", when really it was nothing more than a demon projecting itself into your thoughts to create a hazardous situation.

It is orbiting MUCH CLOSER TO EARTH right now, gets this close every 8 years!! This will make it like bigger and brighter. By June 4-5-6 2012, it will be directly between the sun and Earth
