Quoting: Anonymous Coward 11726902 That's not the point. The point is he shouldn't have the power to secretly ban American-made firearms. Somebody's supposed to be keeping the Executive branch in check. ^This^ |

The M1 Garand, developed in the late 1930′s, carried the United States through World War II seeing action in every major battle. Anonymous Coward User ID: 1400433 United States 04/21/2012 02:44 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Those of us who are Garand and Carbine afficianados have known about this for some time. The CMP still has a chokehold on the distribution of WWII and Korea surplus battle arms. Correct. They actually relented on the M1 Garand re-importation. [link to www.foxnews.com] But they are still not allowing the importation of the M1 carbines... which is sad. They are nice carbines. Funny how a firearm over 50 years old that shoots obsolete ammo still puts fear into our government. |
