It's just stealing from him... By getting your own home, with your own money you're telling him that you don't need him, or anything from him. Actually I got a shack from my gran when she passed, I spent a year fixing it up. Got materials and stuff for it by bartering and even now I do yard work, cook, clean babysit, deliver papers, petsit, cuthair.....for my own money, I grow alot of my own food. This house is MINE. I sell shit at garage sales for utility. Dont need "his ' money. I'm very self reliant. Then yeah, kick his ass out of it. Sounds like he might be taking you for a ride, honestly. At least 5 times, anyways.
