Why are there two classes of people? The elite government types that can use cannabis... While the elites & tptb punishes everyone else for using cannabis.

I don't see why cannabis is illeagal, ecspecially when Barack Obama is snorting cocain, shooting up, and doing no telling what other kind of drugs everyday.
