Just like the Jap petrochemical incident, there does not appear to be any reports or speculations on what caused the fire in the first olace.
Needless to say, it caused enough damage to totally destroy all production capabilities for at least 3 months....
Accidents do happen, and are usually limited in damage.
The incidents occuring lately are catastrophic.
