It would be an insult to YHWH to sacrifice an animal for sin offerings. Basically you would be saying, sending your only begotten son wasn't good enough for me...so I'll keep killing the animals.
Again...the animal sacrifice and plant sacrifice are burnt offerings to YHWH. This isn't picking and choosing what to follow...this is fact. They are apart of the sacrifices replaced by Yeshua.
On top of that the animal sacrifices were a foreshadow of YHWH sending His only son to be sacrificed for us. This is
why they had to be unblemished.
He was the lamb sacrificed on Passover, get it?

If you want to obey the Mosaic Law, you have to obey all of it, with no changes. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. -- Matthew 5:18 Christians are not supposed to be under Mosaic Law, just like God told all the apostles in Acts 15. Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment: -- Acts 15:24 Please stop saying that Jesus changed the Mosaic Law, He did not.
