Another thing i don't get: Why coffins? If i was some evil guy and wanted to kill a lot of people i would have just thrown them into a huge hole.

and even if they did make fule out of dead bodies, what is wrong with that? Cremation seems like a waste. Why not look for a useful way to discard the empty shell of people when they pass on?

After a few months of starvation because of the American patriots outside the Green Zone, who will be helping themselves to their supply chain.
