This card is part of the illuminati card game ( steve jackson games ). It has been found to be quite prophetic as some of the cards have matched real world events though created well in advance of the dates ( re: 911 events ).

There is no order to the cards. They represent a tool kit for the illumimati. Many of them can be played over and over again. Others are only practical to play once ie how many times can they realistically blow up the pentagram or twin towers? The towers were bombed in 93? but the card clearly shows them being struck high up not in the basement.

So they basically represent the tactics that will be used by those in power to get, keep and grow their power base.

I don't know! I have entertained the idea of buying a set of them (there were several editions that came out, though... so there are A LOT of cards) off of ebay but haven't done it... I would love to go through them all one at a time, just to see.
