Quoting: ***ClappaGuy*** Dude, these three executives were in all probability FIRED. "Resigned" is a parachute term for high dollar white collar executives. Common sense would tell you that Dimon would make heads roll over all of this. |

Isis One User ID: 14343270 United States 05/13/2012 05:44 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Ina Drew, 54, is considered one of the most powerful women on Wall Street and has been at the head of JP Morgan Chase's London-based Chief Investment Office since February 2005. Quoting: ***ClappaGuy*** Regarded as a key lieutenant of chief executive Jamie Dimon, she was effectively in charge of Bruno Michel Iksil, the Frenchman nicknamed 'Voldemort' and 'the London Whale'. She received a cash bonus of $4.7m, a share award of $7.1m, options worth $1.5 million and a base salary of $750,000, according to regulatory filings by the bank." This is normal "" Let me rephrase that for you... Na, it's Standard Operating Procedure. Thieves stealing large sums of money are usually covered up and concealed with "Creative Book-keeping", when the cover-up becomes untenable, the thieves are given substantial separation packages, bonuses, and vacations. They will change their names and return in a couple of years with a whole new manufactured identity. I think that sort of fixes it for you? |

This is normal Quoting: Tanarus It can be seen in different perspectives. In this case I think they are just bailing from bigger disaster.... I can understand why you would think that; however, you are wrong. Having worked in risk management before, I understand what steps are taken when an orgs risk tolerance model is broken (or not followed) and the first thing is to have the RM Manager/Director/VP out of that position. They may call it different things, "following new career options", but they are really fired. Think of it this way - you have one job, and that job is to check the quality of chairs before they leave your company. If you suddenly allow defective chairs to get out, costing your company billions of dollars, would you be still employed checking the quality of chairs or would there be someone else in our position? |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 15884967 United States 05/13/2012 06:33 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | They just gonna unload their stock before it is worth zilch. If they did it while they were still there, they'd probably run afoul of insider trading laws, not that you see many being prosecuted for it. They're worth more unemployed if they can unload the stock in time. Dimon prolly got so much cash salted away unrecorded, he don't give a shit. He's a limelight moth to a flame without much to lose. |

I hope those hapless creatures at least get an old TV to watch MSM on. I'm sure they will be diligent in their job search and cheerfully take on any menial min wage job offered too them.
