[ link to www.world-earthquakes.com] past 10 years 2011 21% 2004 10.5% 2012 8.9% so far That is true, but do you think it might have something to do with the fact that Bulgaria along with other with countries surrounding it and with most of eastern Europe did not begin the notmodernization process for the Seismological Network until 2004, hence increasing the frequency after that point with more reliable data, just wandering
