Processed food has nothing to do with it. It has everything to do with the fact that Americans eat 3700 Calories/day. The highest in the world and do probably the least exercise in the world.

With the amount of activity we do the average male should eat no more than 2200 calories/day. We easily eat 1500 more/day than we should. If we exercised every day we can bump it up to 2800 calories/day. Still well less than we are eating.

All this BS about certain types of Calories making you fat is BS. A calorie is a calorie and any extra calories turn to fat. Carbs do not make you fat. The japanese eat 70-80% carbs and are lean. Americans Eat less than 50% of our diet from carbs and are fat. Which diet should you follow.

Judge by results and what you see actually working for people. Low carb diets dehydrate you and turn your body acidic which leads to cancer. The dehydration leads to water weight loss and the fact that you end up eating so much meat ultimately slows down your digestive tract which makes you eat less. It might work. But it's not healthy and in the long run will kill you.


The best and healthiest way to eat is ultimately just like the Japanese. Lots of rice and fruit and maybe a quarter lb of fish/meat per day. 70-80% Carbs, 10-15% Protein, and 10-15% fat.

It's impossible to exercise with a gut full of meat. So that's obviously not healthy to do all the time.

One of the problems are armed forces are having in fighting the people in the Middle East is that they're so damn skinny.

The rounds they're using depend on fragmentation/turning end over end to transfer energy into the target. The bullets enter a target straight, and they need some time before they turn/fragment.

If you're skinny, a lot of rounds will just punch a straight, small hole through you and go out without transferring much energy at all.

If you're fat, you give the bullet time to fragment and transfer more energy. The larger you are, the less likely it is that the bullet will go in and come out. If the bullet doesn't come out, that means it transferred ALL of its energy to its target.

So skinny > fat if you might be getting shot.

I would say its the lack of chronic food shortages like in the Phillipines.

Also, who is going to take on the American people? Our own military/contractors will probably defect against the government. So who exactly will bring us to our knees?

One of the reasons we are fat is because our cities are designed to segregate us and turn us into mindless drones.


Instead of taking a 10 minute walk home from work we drive 40 minutes in traffic and hell, might as well pick up a coca-cola from the grocery store on the way home because traffic is gonna suck and the caffeine calms ya down right.

So many fucking cards that all fell into place that it's pretty fucking obvious that what happened to the American People was done on purpose.


Think about this. If one lives on the far eastern Suburbs of Los Angeles and his Aunt lives on the far Western Suburbs of Los Angeles. They live 90 miles apart. That is an hour and a half drive on a day with no traffic. On most days that is a 3 hour drive. So even though they both still live in "LA" they might only see each other every 3 months or even worse.

TPTB destroyed our communities and put us out in the suburbs. They off shored our industry and gave us a credit card to make up for the lost GDP. Get get to consume like we are really making shit and we aren't.

I hate to see people blame Obama for this. He is most definitely part of the problem but don't think by voting for the other guy that it's going to change. It' not.

Yet not all of us are that way; I'm on my feet constantly for work, a fit and healthy 170 pounds. I'm informed on what's going on in the world.

Yet when these kids run from police beating on their fellow protestors it makes me sick. Something like that wouldn't of happened with the previous generation, they'd of gotten pissed and fought back right there.

But now that generation is growing older, unable to do what they once did the next generation just doesn't care even when the corruption is being put out right into their faces.

I've cut back to two meals a day. It's rough at first but the body adjusts and I'm slowly losing weight.
