I can understand how this information may be perceived in that context to some. In the most simplistic terms, our Earth and it's inhabitants are going through a shift, a transformative process that is cosmic in nature. Some of the ancient prophecies referred to this period as the "Great Shift of the Ages". This is not 'new age woo-woo' talk here. One could look at astrological alignments and spatial positions within the Universe and tie them to various 'time periods' or 'ages' that have transpired here on Earth during its history. Time is cyclical in nature and NOT linear, despite how we have been trained/groomed to think. With regards to your question as to "WHAT" needs to be done. To ensure a smooth transition with this 'shift' or 'transformation', individuals need to work very hard to abandon all fear-based emotions that originate in the human mind, and embrace all heartfelt emotions that originate from the heart. Individuals who cannot abandon fear-based thoughts and are stuck in their 'old ways', will experience unnecessary hardship & suffering when this process culminates. Those who can abandon those thoughts will have a much smoother and tolerable transition.
