I am just waiting like everyone else is to see this thing really start to take off.

Personally I would really like to know what Art thinks of this whole thing......hearing how everything he knows fits into this. I wouldn't be surprized if he is just waiting to see like all of us are.


But the day that picture comes out with the aliens playing soccer I am going to work (Kinkos) and makings a kick-ass oversize poster!!! Eat on that Bob Marley!

It never fails to make me laugh when people are just so damn sure that this planet is it in the universe. A vast universe filled with new discoveries daily.

Why is it beyond the imagination of so many that there could be civilizations far more advanced than our own fairly young civilization? 14.6 billion years is a long, long time.

It is only a matter of time before the realization hits home and explodes the egos of so many,…IMO, that they are part of a larger picture.

Weather or not this particular scenario plays out is not the point,…the point clearly is,…
How many people would suffer drooling heart-attacks should the news be announced,...that life exists elsewhere?

Considering everything I think tha Carol's testimony should be relevent to this rash of new run toward some sort of "alien" disclosure.

What was most interesting to me was a repetitive sentence that he said to me over and over again during the approximately four years that I had the opportunity to work with him. He said the strategy that was being used to educate the public and decision makers was to use scare tactics That was how we identify an enemy. The strategy that Wernher Von Braun taught me was that first the Russians are going to be considered to be the enemy. In fact, in 1974, they were the enemy, the identified enemy. We were told that they had "killer satellites". We were told that they were coming to get us and control us-that they were "Commies."

Then terrorists would be identified, and that was soon to follow. We heard a lot about terrorism. Then we were going to identify third-world country "crazies." We now call them Nations of Concern. But he said that would be the third enemy against whom we would build space-based weapons.
The next enemy was asteroids. Now, at this point he kind of chuckled the first time he said it.

Asteroids- against asteroids we are going to build space-based weapons.

And the funniest one of all was what he called aliens, extraterrestrials. That would be the final scare. And over and over and over during the four years that I knew him and was giving speeches for him, he would bring up that last card. "And remember Carol, the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens and all of it is a lie."

I think I was too naïve at that time to know the seriousness of the nature of the spin that was being put on the system. And now, the pieces are starting to fall into place. We are building a space-based weapons system on a premise that is a lie, a spin. Wernher Von Braun was trying to hint that to me back in the early 70's and right up until the moment when he died in 1977.

What he told me was that there is an accelerated effort in place. He didn't mention a timeline but he said that it was going to be speeding up faster than anybody could possibly imagine. That the effort to put weapons into space was not only based on a lie but would accelerate past the point of people even understanding it until it was already up there and too late.

When Von Braun was dying in front of me, the very first day that I met him, he had tubes draining out of his side. He was tapping on the desk telling me, "You will come to Fairchild." I was a schoolteacher. He said, "You will come to Fairchild and you will be responsible for keeping weapons out of space." The way he said it with this intenseness in his eyes, and added that very first day, the first time I met him, that space-based weapons were a dangerous, destabilizing, too costly, unnecessary, untestable, unworkable idea.

The last card that was being held was the extraterrestrial enemy card.

The intensity with which he said that, made me realize that he knew something that he was too afraid to mention. He was too afraid to talk about it. He would not tell me the details.

I am not sure that I would have absorbed them if he had told me the details or even believed him in 1974. But there was no question that that man knew and had a need to know, I found out later.
There is no doubt in my mind that Wernher Von Braun knew about the extraterrestrial issue. He explained to me the reasons why weapons were going to be put into space, the enemies against whom we were going to build these weapons, and that all of that was a lie. He mentioned that extraterrestrials were going to be identified as the final enemy against whom we were going to build space-based weapons back in 1974.

That story is well known 4665.

Irrelevant to the fact that life exists elsewhere though. A fear tactic,… to put the planet earth in a skeptical posture when faced with altered realities not in line with the thinking of the controlling powers that be,...IMO.

DanG...No one's saying they necessarily believe the story. What's interesting to many of us is the rather sudden emergence of the 'story'. Believing it's true isn't the point. My interest lies in the choices available....whether it's true, whether it's some kind of psy-op (ala Nancy), or whether it will be used, when and if it becomes widespread information, as some kind of diversion from something else. The story behind this 'story' is what's of interest. So, not a whole lot of woo-woo going on here.....sorry.

Oh yeah, Kenny! That's what I want to see too....soccer-playin' alien kids....who whoulda thunk it?

And I agree with Zack, whether this plays out, or not, there is definitely life out there somewhere. The question is: Is it going to frighten you?

Actually the part of the story that I found the most interesting was when it was stated that the planet was filled with only 650,00 beings...


What if this is the norm in the Universe, and we are just a crazy super-populataed world. It is like every single country in this planet is a planet unto itself.

It also makes me wonder if these aliens invented their own technology or if it was given to them. Lots of question that really need answers.

My point was to warn that information may not always be reliable. Very complicated subject.

I think the news reporting and timeline fit very well with the recent influx (softening of the public) of news to forward the very agenda (that can be spun) from the recent rash of news items.

Ever see the movie "My Fellow Americans" 1996.

It ends with the Repub and Dem Presidents stopping a "coup" staged by a very stupid Vice President to gain Control of the whitehouse with help from a head of "Security"

Its a comedy, but that is the underlying plot.

End the end the President that obtained the office from a "coup" he got away with, was exposed and then sent to jail.

The former Dem and Repub president then JOIN forces and run for the Office of President/Vice President (to be shared by their "word" to each other)

I think this could very well be true. An advanced planet would likely have gotten their population under control (unlike Earth).

I also find the Ebens lack of understanding about time interesting, as this comes up often in abduction literature. Time as the concept we humans know does not appear to exist anywhere in the known universe.

I also think the description of the Eben planet and culture sounds kind of dry and boring (by our standards). This too fits in with my years of reading UFO books, etc. -- that aliens say Earth is unlike any other planet around in its wealth of social, physical, and biological variety.

How sad if true -- we're living in the most exciting planet in the galaxy and we don't even realize it!
