Yep. Was outside maybe 30 mins no shirt working in the yard and BOOM worst sunburn of my life.

I have been burned twice in the last week...even my lips. The sun is intense lately.

Eat a bag of organic grapes for the best sun protection. DO NOT put that posion they call sunscreen on your skin. Just read the list of ingredients on a bottle of sunscreen and you will understand what I'm talking about. No one does that...read the ingredients I mean.
If you apply it your skin, you may as well be ingesting it, as that is what you're doing. An acidic body is prone to being damaged by any external source (i.e., biological, solar, stress, etc.).

An alkalized body is safe from the sun's ultra-violet rays as the sun is to be our ally, not a destructive force against us.

Getting burned sucks, there's nothing wrong with slowly working up your tolerance so I can enjoy fishing and swimming without getting cooked...

Not applying sunscreen could contribute to that too.

Don't use that garbage, it blocks the valuable vitamins from the sun...

Anyone that works out in the sun does it...roofers, landscapers, construction workers, people like me that enjoy outdoor sports, etc...dated many tanning salon chicks too...they are usually 20 something and hot :)

its the summer, dummy. everyone gets sun burnt in the summer, unless they wear sunscreen. DUUURRRRRRRRR.

I used to think that a dose of sunburn now and then kicked the immune system into gear, a natural cancer deterrent.
Maybe with all these solar flares, the sunburn is a needed immune system boost?
