I hate to break it to you but evolution is not science, it is metaphysics. That means it goes beyond the science and is a mere interpretation. Science requires proof, religion requires belief. I keep hearing liberals say that the believe in evolution. That means that evolution is religion. One day all liberals will realize this.

Yes I agree that #2 is a grey area with abortions because, at that time, the mother is carrying a child that is part of themselves AND is an entity of its own.

You don't have to believe in evolution because there is MUCH proof of it. If you do not want to accept that, that's okay; but that doesn't mean it isn't true. Religion is just beliefs that are completely unfounded. I could write a book right now and anyone could have "faith" that every word in it is true, and it would be just as valid as Christianity.
