I voted impeach before reading the other options,
I would like to change my vote to Treason.

Barack Obama definitely should be impeached.

Both in 2009 and in 2010 when the Fast and Furious Gun Running Scandal broke, both The President (Obama) and the Attorney General (Eric Holder) told Congress that they had NO knowledge of the Program and the first they heard about it was on the evening News!

Now furiously fast forward to today, 2012...

The Special Committee investigating the Fast and Furious Scandal asks for Documents pertaining to the Program. Eric Holder hands over a few thousand in what is traditionally referred to as a "Document Dump", meaning what was handed over, did relate to the program but had NO useful information.

However, using those Documents, the Special Committee was able to determine precisely WHAT documents were NOT handed over, as well as what information is contained within those Documents, though they can not actually PROVE until they receive and read those Documents; and they have therefore asked for those SPECIFIC Documents, to be handed over.

Eric Holder refused to hand them over, and then directly ASKED the President of the United States to declare Executive Privilege over those Documents.

This means... "Executive Privilege" ... relates DIRECTLY to the President of the United States.

This means... The President of the United States is either, possibly involved with the Program, knew about the Program; or is incriminated within the Documents in question; and the President of the United States, as The President, can declare Executive Privilege to protect them and himself.

This means...

In 2009 and in 2010...

President Barack Obama LIED to Congress, when he stated he has NO knowledge of the Program.

This alone.

Is an impeachable offense!

Our Generation today, is watching the Nixon Watergate Scandal repeating history!

Nixon, at least had the balls to stand up and resign in face of Impeachment.

Therefore...

My prediction for this entire affair.

President Barack Obama, will fight this tooth and nail due to his pending reelection; however in the end he will be forced by TPTB to resign.

Obama will resign, and within 24 hours, Joe Biden is sworn in as President of the United States; and nominates Secretary of State Hilary Rodham Clinton as the Vice President of the United States.

All this taking place within September, possibly October... (October Surprise anyone?) ...

Then the GOP suddenly finds itself defending its candidate against a potential Biden/Clinton reelection bid....

OR.

As some Media has reported, Biden is forced to swap jobs with Hilary, so she can step in as the current Vice President.

Then within a month of that... Obama is forced to step down over threat of impeachment, so then Hilary can be sworn in as The President of the United States with Biden brought back on as her VP; leaving the GOP facing off against the first Female President of the United States with a Clinton/Biden reelection campaign...
