China is experiencing the same type of housing bubble that the US experienced.

There are entire buildings full of luxury condos, but the problem is that China still pays cheap wages, and no onhe can afford to live in them.

OK.. for starters they are built for a reason.. We can assume they are for people who do not live there now.. So for some reason unknown to us people will be moved there.. Who.. why.. and when? I would say the "who" would be important people..the "why" would be because some event is going to go down.. the "when" we can assume is sooner rather than later..these properties will take a lot of maintenance even.. empty...because they have plans for 20 more cities I'd guess we have some time before the "event" takes place.. just my guess...

Well... who knows it might not be some big evil conspiracy like the article says they could just be using them to store wealth. It seems probable that they are expecting the dollar to become worthless and hence are dumping theirs on shit that will not be mere paper in the next year or so. But it is more likely that it is some big NWO death camp thing or something like that..

Those cities were built to support the incessant growth expectations of the federal government in Beijing.

The federal level authorities demand 10% growth or had been demanding it for years during the boom.

The easiest way to get these numbers was via real-estate development and infrastructure development projects.

There were planning that people living in the older more decrepit structures in the older metropolises move to these new condos.

The problem was that speculative real estate dealings, which were the most popular place to invest and get rich in the new China, all blew the price points out of the water and priced out those people from purchasing.

The Chinese government has been enacting regulation and legislation to prevent this practice, but it doesn't work.

They are not odd places for cities, they are typically built directly next to older communities towns villages or cities.

There are a few exceptions sure, but they are not planning anything, they are actually failing to plan for the problem that they have now.

That problem is ghost cities with absolutely unrealistic and out of line price points.
