Is your tribal government, concerning your well being of housing, the same as on the Navajo rez? Navajo pay 20% of their earnings towards their housing, but the housing is slum shit! The 20% never makes it back, basically, Navajo gov is white gov: pay the money and kiss their ass.

In one episode of "Star Trek The Next Generation", Geordie LaForge and Ensign Roe got zapped by a Romulan zappy beam which cloaked them and "phased them". That meant that they were invisible (cloaked) and could pass straight through normal matter (phased) like walking through walls for example.

So here are the questions:

1. How come they could walk through walls, but they could still stand on the floor of the ship without sinking through the floor?

2. How did they manage to breathe? Surely the normal air molecules would just pass straight through their chests and they would suffocate?
