Libor / Easter Bunny / Santa Claus / and Banks, all need your belief to exist.
The Libor doesn't seem to be that big of deal to some people. Especially in so called conspiracy (reality) forums such as GLP and others. It kind of draws some what of a yawn. Mainly because for years we've already understood that the entire system is rigged. We've read one report after another, but one thing the Libor scandal does do, is it stops the make believe in fairy tales such as Banking.

1. The Libor Markets have been rigged, which has influenced at least 800 Trillion dollars worth of interest rates that effect every man woman and child on earth. Even if you think the libor market is something that does not effect you, it directly effects the amount you pay for goods and services because it definitely effected someone else up the financial chain that passed the costs on to you. Not only that but it has been going on now for at least 15 years! They not only screwed the poor on this one, but have probably managed to piss of some people with money also while cannibalizing their own.

2. High Frequency trading. At least 72% of all trades on Wall Street, are high frequency trading. This may not seem like a big deal until you understand that they are making billions off of the ability to trade a stock and sell that same stock in milliseconds for the sole purpose of manipulating and driving prices for their benefit.

3. The bailouts, the transfer of taxes to large banks, the federal government turning a blind eye to what is going on in the banking system illustrates one thing clearly. We have become fascists, or as mainstream media has just pointed out, we are truly slaves to the banks! At least as long as we still believe in them!

4. The Federal Reserve is purchasing 61% of US treasuries!
Wouldn't this be wonderful if we could all just purchase our own debt, and still pretend somehow to be the richest nation on earth. It would be like asking someone how much credit card debt they had created, and writing it down as profits for the year!

5. MF Global! Need I say more? This is the company that had their clients allocated gold and silver, and clients funds evaporate! The Silver ended up in the vaults of JP Morgan just like during the Lehman Brothers collapse whenever JP Morgan took over as the largest controller of silver contracts in the free (rigged) market. Not one person has gone to prison for this one, Corzine, nobody! JP Morgan recently was found out and had to put some of the money back. Basically they stole 10 cookies and put one back and went about their merry way!

6. Fraudclosure! This was the debacle that placed more private housing into the hands of Fannie and Freddie, and the Government then what private citizens in this country own! This was also whenever the rule of law went out the door once again for the bankers, as they got judges to create new mortgage loan papers out of thin air and sign off on them as if they hadn't lost them in the first place!

7. the ponzi of all ponzies, the derivatives market! derivatives exposure in an easy to understand graphic

for some individuals you need the book with the pages with pop out images.

Lastly let's discuss who owns these banks? Never hear about that one do you? Who owns the Federal Reserve? Never see them, we never see pictures of them, and no one ever talks about them. We talk about billionaires and in the world of their fiat make believe, they are trillionaires! They have so much money, that no one ever speaks about it. Every citizen in the world pays these people, either directly or indirectly. Who are they, where are they? If you start to realize that every man, woman, child, city, state, government, company, business, corporation is in debt, and runs on debt. Who had all that money to lend, Who owns the debt,

Who owns you?

It's fake! Not real, It's Santa Claus, the Easter bunny!
The sad thing is like a child who has found out that they no longer truly exist, most people wish to keep believing, because they still want to receive their gifts at christmas, their pension, their retirement, their social security, at any and all costs.

One more time,

Who owns you?

Worse a religion you can leave and get away from. This is more like an occult.

It's fine as long as your playing along.
Going out working for their money so you can hand it back over to them, aka slavery.

But the second you want out, and no longer want to pay the banks, which have merged with the governments, then you go to prison where they farm your labor out from there. You can make license plates, work in the shops, do data entry on computers, etc. etc. But instead of getting part of your labor as in the outside, and letting you pretend to keep some of what you've earned, they take it all.

so how long now, until it's realized that none of these banks have anything in reality?

They certainly don't have the gold and silver they state that they have on hand.

I don't pretend to know exactly what's going to happen in the future, this financial system could become irrelevant the the blink of a solar flares eye, disappear into the darkness of a Yellowstone ash cloud, be buried in history under a tsunami hitting the east coast, or be eradicated by the radiation from Fukisima.

Nevertheless I'm tired of pretending, I'm tired of working all day and feeling the chains around my neck, and the hand in my pocket. Laboring for others, for once I would just like to work for myself! As selfish as that sounds, it is the individual that matters. The only way the collective can work is if it is voluntary.

Paper has been many things throughout time, but mostly used to record and monitor our debts and what we owe.

People will lie, cheat, steal, murder, and forsake their own beliefs in a higher power all for the sake of paper, ink, and propaganda.

Wars have been fought over paper, people have been enslaved using paper.

Kings have been made out of those who control the paper.

Not only do they all need our belief to exist...they're all dependent upon one another to fuel a false economy.

All 7 billion of us
All driven to worship and refine as much gold out of the earth as possible in our short spans of life
And the gold is accumulating faster and faster
But the gold is gone???
What?
And where did all this gold go?
Follow the golden trail and you will see how deep the rabbit hole really is....

exactly and to add to your very well made point, in some instances, it's just data sitting on a computer drive, created at the stroke of one little godly (in their own minds) finger.

Was it Goldman Sachs that said "we're doing god's work!"
On the money backed by nothing, it says "In God We Trust"

Every stop to ask and ponder, which God exactly it is that they are worshiping?

Running around out in the woods worshiping giant owls ring a bell. Symbols in the D.C. make you question?

I hate to drag this into a religious discussion, but for those who don't see it, there are no Christian symbols to be found. They are not godless like the atheists would like to believe either. To them atheists are just useful idiots.

I think it is going to be real hard to jump off this full speed train!

As long as the governments are merged with the banking/financial system there wont be no jumping off.

Anyway I do believe this is a good post because people need to be aware to see how hard they are being screwed. 5*

Re: Libor / Easter Bunny / Santa Claus / and Banks, all need your belief to exist.
let's see, legal tender (note they don't call it money, or lawful money) is created out of thin air backed by your and my property and labor, the fruits of which become a monopoply game type enterprise where a very few controllers at the top benefit by being able to use this monopolistic circumstance to impose a nearly total financial control on the whole planet.

then, their banks take this "funny money" legal tender and through the "fractional reserve banking" process, they take what was created out of thin air and multiply it by 9 times to add a fine (for them) total number to their balance sheet. but this is not enough for them, so they come up with a "wheel of fortune" type scam to decide how much interest they will suck out of the sleeping public. 12 banks put in their wish list interest rate and toss them in a hat. all the numbers are collected, the 4 highest and the 4 lowest are tossed out, and the average of the remaining 4 is calculated and, viola, we have the LIBOR rate for the day.

since the whole thing is a scam from the get go, how else would we expect them to calculate it?

somewhere i read that the first private central bank in the US after the constitution was ratified (if my shaky memory is correct) was created by 5 enterprising capitalists who had no money, but who each provided one other of their group with an iou for 1 million dollars, thus capitalizing their venture with 5 million dollars startup funds.

with that kind of beginning, is it any wonder that the facade in this country that we term a banking system has come to its present situation? what amazes me is that they have been able to work the fraud for as long as they have without it being unbcovered until now.

and to add a little more salt, they steal peoples' houses through repo (on a "loan" where nothing was loaned to begin with, just an exchange took place of debt instruments of equal value), and if any legal tender is "lost" by the lending institute, they present a bill to some government office and get a check from the government for the amount of their "loss", probably plus expenses for their costs to attempt to collect, funding for which is covered by some taxpayer supported fund or insurance.

add to this, that the same "government" and "banks", plus every other big enterprise in the country, are in bed with each other in a fascist system that uber fascist Mussolini, who defined the current system to a T, could only dream about.

one more tidbit; "government" has a second set of books called comprehensive annual financial reports for over ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY THOUSAND corporations made up of school districts, sheriffs' offices, courts, towns, cities, counties, states, and every part of every "government" office in the country. as an example, there are over 500 of them enumerated on manta.com for "county of los angeles". and the total of all their assets nationwide is over 50 trillion dollars, probably about and possibly over 100 trillion. and every government representative can get a loan from such fund, with assistance in how to complete the process.
