So people used the IOU's with interest, and became in debt to the bankers. This is where addictions really began, immediate gratification, consumerism (later credit cards and payday loans). The bankers then took their debt and formed it into a form of slavery, meaning they could have those people taking IOU's for legal tender work for them to pay back the interest, as the addictive properties would assure endless business. The bankers could also seize land and other commodities through the debts incurred, and even created police and forestry service (developed in Brevard, NC by Rockefeller) to take land.

Heck, it even says that on your dollar bills. IOU's. A scam that has now enslaved the world. It isn't the bankers that built the technology and cities, it was the indebted rednecks, blacks, Chinese, poor, and Mexicans that built it all, including the cars and roads.
