I have impression that low quality and low quantity personnel of G4S is deliberate! With strategy like that, nothing can go wrong with their evil plans for false flag attack.

Good questions. This entire event is a huge freaking question mark. My question is this: except for we few loons here on GLP, who else is noticing any of this? The general public? Don't think so, they are soooo sleeping.

I wouldn't be so sure. It's a known fact that various gubb'mint wonks lurk on sites such as GLP (why I'm somewhat leery about responding to AC's) so THEY must be aware that WE are aware. There have been numerous (and quite public) warnings about the shoddy security and possible scenarios of disaster. And yet, they continue with their plans. Aren't they worried that all the people who visit these sites will know about their schemes ahead of time? Apparently not! That is what is particularly concerning to me about all this - the mighty "GLP effect" does not seem to be manifesting in this situation!

So...they're admitting failure to secure the games with less than 2 weeks to go.

This is astonishing to say the least.

What this leaves in the wake is a patchwork security force using multiple communication channels. What a cluster fuck.

I'd go so far as to suggest that most (if not all) of your "preps" be in place BEFORE the Opening Ceremonies. It may suddenly become a lot more difficult to obtain necessary materiel.

Although it would be more logical for them to hold off until the Closing Ceremonies, since the excitement of the Games and the apparent success of their security will lull everyone into a false sense of safety.

Based upon previous Olympics, the largest crowd gathered all together in one place will occur during the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. During the actual Games people will be more "spread out" between the various venues watching individual events, whereas the Opening and Closing Ceremonies will not only bring everyone together (audience AND participants) but will be televised worldwide.

So this first bit of info is from a source that can't be used on GLP but it's a UK paper. Search and you will find the article. Basically it says that with 14 days to go until the start of the games, G4S, the contracted security firm that is being paid 284 MM has only hired 4000 of the 13,700 guards they are contracted to provide. Furthermore it goes into detail concerning the quality of the hires and the fact that some of them can't even spell.
