I find it interesting that she is standing on the throat of the serpent and not the top of its head. Is this symbolizing the throat chakra? Blue. [ link to 3.bp.blogspot.com]  :) looking at that it tells the all seeing eye (plasmoid galatic center/sol) radiates energy/emotional information (design in top coil of energy/emotional information becoming visible serpent) which she understands (throat chakra) thus translates into "music" (visible word) in agreement to the all seeing eye hence the instrument touches her and the eye
