Yes there is that one , he talks about several more in that book as well. There is also one close to Bend as well at Smith Rock...that is in Redmond Oregon. they filmed the movie the Postman there with Kevin Costner.
Also just found something about why my kitchen clock speeds up and slows down lol it is due to the vortex
