Aether she has vascular dementia and is at the point where she absolutely needs to be in a home. After this last event and there have been many over the last 4 years it can no longer be put off. She is currently in La near Minden in their psyche ward there .. have to see if we can get her moved to where my brother is living. Other than that she is safe.
