The better question is. How do i keep from being influenced? When you feel an urgency, not your own. Think of something that yours and yours alone. Focus on that in the back of your mind. When you are in meditation. Think of one thing that you have
never told anyone. Ever. Something good to you. Harmonious. Maybe an object from your childhood.. when you feel the need to use heightened emotional out burst expression on a forum or in life. Focus on that thing. Take a couple deep breaths and think to yourself is this coming from me? Is this mine? Why do i care.. what is my body sensing? Are ears ringing? Am i tingling? Are my hands hot or very cold? Is this normal? Questions such as these will help you.
Even if someone mentions your "thing" on a forum or in life. Don't confirm it. Most of the time, they are just fishing.. they don't really know.
That should point you in the direction you need to go.
