Well, that is not really the point. If OP is faking it, he is doing a very good job.
I don't believe he is or I wouldn't have suggested you visit the thread. I saw Shadesonic offered his help as well. :)
Perhaps taking her to an ER immediately would be the best course of action in this case.
The way he described her physical appearance and her standing alone in the dark at 3am, sent shivers down my spine...
That level of depression I have never personally witnessed. And haven't a clue what one could do, except radical intervention.
I pray she finds relief.
