Why is it always WHITE people that go on the crazy killing sprees?

Even in light of facts we are still quoting the color of crime are we?

This is not a serial killing. This is a rampage. Drive by's are rampage killings.
Knowing that, is proof the bruthas are just bad shots. They would love to kill 12 at a time. How else can you explain firing 50 bullets to hit one guy? They try. Target practice? Not likely since the only bullets they have were in the gun when they stole it.
