Then the dog got away. You can see him with the "oh shit" run after the dog.

Had the cop not been using the dog to instill fear this wouldn't have happened.

What the hell happened!? How did this start exactly, and how did it escalate to this?! News clip shows officers took an individual down, after he attempted to run, then the neighborhood came out, in support of the individual, and it escalated to this level where officers were releasing dogs on women holding children? Did i get that right...?

Thats pretty much the story I got too. Bothers me to no end they were pointing GUNS at even children! You don't even point TOY GUNS at people. This was just the most bizarre situation and nothing good can come from it. This kind of this could easily cause riots.
