Russian Senators Propose Legalizing Handguns

This is nothing but an adaptation of the previous law they had for a while. Russians were allowed self-defense weapons in the far east or in areas that are far from any police activity. This is still state controlled weapons allowance to certain cases where the state can still control them and take them away in a moments notice. This is not really any progress to allowing full gun ownership of all types.

Right to self defense? Sorry that is a Creator endowed Right that was given by the Creator to all human beings. Its like Gravity, it simply is.

The USA used to acknowledge that even the Creator Endowed Right of all people to make, keep, bear and use arms if needed. The acknowledge was enshrined in both the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution explicitly or implicitly. Russia is you to formally enshrine their acknowledgement of this Creator (or Natural) Endowed Right.

Legalizing something that were otherwise be Immoral nor a Natuaral (Creator) Endowed Right is merely a License to be immoral.

West vs East is a shallow concept as Democrat vs Republican, or Liberal vs Conservative.

The USA, a.k.a America, is not banning any thing more than what has been 'banned' already.
