Smells - Spirit Activity? | |

(Cologne, perfume, cigars, etc.) I've also heard a lot of people say that demonic entities give off the smell of sulfar. |

Be very careful, as the bible states, "test very spirit." Demons can easily disguise self as "angels of light" or as deceased relatives. To be certain, I would go to church, get saved, and then baptized. You'll now be given greater protection, and the authority to cast out demons. By doing so, if the smell comes again, and if you can't find the source, you may then want to demand the any negative / demonic being to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. If it's angel from God, it should remain, if not, it will leave. You also have to be from sin. If you sin, this invites demonic beings to your life. You also have to get rid of items in the home, that can draw and house demons. |

Many times since her death I have smelled a cigarette smell, always followed within days by a very significant life event. ( death, birth, serious injury, and sometimes some really big surprise blessings) And, I have had friends and family tell me of their experience with the smell associated with their deceased loved ones and major life events. |

Quoting: tandym I don't feel any particular malice or anything... though my husband and I did both smell 'baby powder' at the same time. Has anyone heard of that 'smell' being associated with a spirit before? I can't find a real answer. I've been looking for a link that might help you, but turned up nada. A lot of people claim to have smelled that same scent in places they believed were haunted though, so you're not alone. The running theory is that it's associated with the death of an infant. |
