I always use a ouija board and a mirror. It's really simple, summon the ghost with the ouija board. Have a hand held two sided beauty mirror close by but hidden. If it is made out of wood it seems to work better. And if the handle is rounded so you can spin it in your hands that works best. Only lighting should be by candle. When you sense the presence of the ghost, begin spinning the candle in the palms of your hands. If possible have a second person maintain your sexual arousal at just near the point of climax during the entire exorcism.

Looked through most of my old contacts and most are now dead links (excuse the pun). I did post about Shadowlands above so that might help you out.

I haven't seen a ghost in about 5 years now so I am out of practice. Use to live in a haunted house for about 6 years.

This only slows them down, though, I have no idea how to trap an outside one. Good luck!

the guy who said possession is a good idea. i know a last resort spell to give you complete control over the ghost when it enters your body. chance of working is 25% but i can bring you back from possession.if it works youll have to force the ghost to tell you its origins. price? 100-200 dollars depending on wether it works or not.

yeah i just suggested that

though another bad side is that i could die doing the spell and after a matter of hours the ghost will have control of you.
