A lot of folks get that way this time of year, so keep on talking. it will help. and don't get upset when Idol throws up the BS Flag. just expect it. And when EAT comes on and said he farted and to expect a big one "somewhere" in Cali. just go with the flow and ask him what he ate for lunch! Go with the flow and everything will roll off your back! Yada Yoda User ID: 266 Netherlands 12/28/2005 03:56 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Anyway... What the doctors say... It's very simple... Eat less meat and more fish... Check out the books what meat fucks up inside, and what fish repairs... It has got something to do with oil... Omega-6 (meat) versus omega-3 (fish) and the balance of those two inside the body... Meat decreases serotonine production, fish increases it... Plus meat destroys your neuro network (through erosion), while fish repairs it, especially the connections of synapses and that sort of stuff... Fish sharpens you up... The brain needs lubricating oil, ain't that a joke? It's true, really... It allows for clearer thinking... Last but not least, in France, they have lots of depressions, they eat lots of meat too, while in Asia, they have very little depressions, and they eat lots of fish too... You're welcome... Oh, light therapy can also work... |

I have had it for many years and had my thyroid checked(turned out normal),got tested for Lyme disease(did'nt have it) and went to my doctor who put me on antidepressants(Did'nt work).I researched the matter on the internet and found that bright lights help.Through further research, I found that the light receptors on the back of the legs(right behind the kneecap)are more sensitive than shining it into the eyes. You can shine a light as bright as you want in that area and not have to worry about discomfort or blindness.I have been doing this for about two weeks now and my condition has improved radically!!!!! It's like it is summer again and my energy and attitude are where they should be.Give it a try and let us know if it works for you too!!! Get the brightest light you can find(or multiple lights) and lay under it for about half an hour.YOU WON'T BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE! |

If not, then you should not self medicate. check with the doc and keep going with the flow. I have been there and upon occasion it rears its ugly head and hibernation is the order of the day. neti User ID: 55446 Australia 12/28/2005 04:37 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Dell, Try dealing with the energy head-on. Change it. Think different thoughts, deliberately. You will run into opposition and inertia from your mind, and maybe feel it's an impossible task, but just set your will to do it and keep going. There'll be times of setback, it'll probably come in waves, but just keep going. Eventually, your way will win through and you will come out into clear air (peace, mental freedom), and that's just the first victory of many. But it's a valuable spiritual principle to learn, that you can breakthrough, translate, energies. And WE ALL DO IT. Cheers, neti. |
