TO ALL WHO DON'T UNDERSTAND... The red that you see come up are "ghost storms". The red is high frequency being picked up.. but the question is WHY. I didn't claim that it's haarp. There is a focal point though, which is the circle you see.

Big one will hit Cali this year or next. They are approaching the same planetary alignments that they had in the 1994 quake.

You can't guarantee that. Cali cracks alot. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong but I at least like to make sure people are given a heads up.
