So we were approved for a first time buyers credit at the closing. Now two years later, they're denying our credit which was $1400 at the time, now is over $2800 due to penalties etc. We've faxed them all the information they requested. DL info, utility bills, even dog licenses. We paid $25,000 out the door. Why would they deny our credit all this time?
