You're both fucking allies! British and French forces train together. American, Australian, British, Canadian, French, German,etc. train together. We're allies. What's the big deal with an ally nuke sub making a pit stop in Scootlund?

Foreign naval vessels visit the U.S. all the time, including nuclear powered ones. FYI: The sub probably wasn't armed with nukes when it docked in Scotland. Of course you have a nuclear deterrent but is not loaded just in case it blows.
